Vegan Cheese Making Workshop
« Instructor Steve Leinen, 2017 ARC Vegan Mac and Cheese contest winner, will demonstrate how to make Fresh Mozzarella, Paneer, Ricotta, and Smoked Gouda.
You can pick up a complimentary packet of Kappa Carrageenan at Ethique Nouveau in Mpls any time the boutique is open once you register for the workshop. This packet will help you to make one of the cheese recipes should you wish to follow along. Recipes will be posted in advance!
