All About Animal Law at Vermont Law School
« VLS recently launched the Animal Law & Policy Institute under the leadership of new faculty member and leading animal law expert Delcianna Winders. Join this online event to hear from Prof. Winders and current students about the new program, opportunities for students interested in animal law, and career paths for graduates to become successful advocates for animals. Professor Winders will share some of her experiences in animal law, including her contributions to ending the Ringling Bros. exploitation of animals, challenging the USDA’s efforts to deregulate slaughter, and the shuttering the roadside zoos and prosecuting the operators seen in the Netflix series « Tiger King. » »
