Toronto Animal Rights March
« We are marching in Toronto to bring awareness to the horrific WAR ON ANIMALS.
As the world burns, and a pandemic races around the planet, the public and the mainstream media need to hear our message loud and clear. Please join us and learn about what you can do to fight for justice for animals.
The use and abuse of animals must end… in the food system, in laboratories, in the fashion industry, and for cruel human pleasure. Animals are suffering in new and frightening ways, funded by industries that seem blind or wilfully ignorant to the alternatives. Animals are not commodities to be used by us, but are sentient beings that deserve our protection. »

12 pm: Gather with a welcoming, speakers, land acknowledgement, and musical performance by Gaiaisi.
1 pm: March begins
3:30: The march will return to Christie Pits Park where we’ll have a closing ceremony and musical performance by Ariella.
Where
We will be starting and finishing at the north-east corner of Christie Pits Park.
There are public washrooms at the park.
Note: we may need to make a very slight adjustment to the route along Queen due to construction but it may be last minute. »
