Vegan Meal Planning Workshop
« Are you vegan and having a hard time composing complete and healthy meals? Or maybe you’re interested in eating plant-based but have no idea where to start?
If so, join experienced vegan meal planner, Emily, for an in-depth workshop where she will review what it means to be vegan, how to stock your kitchen, easy recipes and meal ideas, tips and tricks, resources and more! Learn how to plan ahead, combine flavors, and incorporate new foods into your meals. Take away easy, last-minute food options for when your fridge looks empty or how to order out when you’re in a pinch.
